My approach is relational, emotionally attuned, and grounded in understanding the patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others.
I’m less focused on quick fixes and more interested in helping you slow things down, make sense of what’s underneath the surface, and create change that actually lasts.

I often work with people who feel stuck in patterns they can’t quite name.
This can show up as anxiety, overthinking, relationship struggles, or a general sense that something isn’t working, even if everything looks fine from the outside.

It means paying attention not just to what you’re thinking, but what you’re feeling and experiencing in the moment.

My training includes work with adults and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and cognitive changes, as well as experience supporting neurodivergent young adults in building confidence, regulation, and direction. I am also currently training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which deepens my focus on relationships, emotional experience, and lasting change.
